Episode 34: The Batman (2022)

We’re back to seeing movies in theaters!

Mike and I decided to pay The Batman (2022) a visit and boy were we not impressed. It was weird, we liked all of the performances and the detective Batman stuff worked for both of us, but something was just not clicking and I think we diagnose some of the serious problems with the structure and concept of this film.

Later, Mike talks about his revisit of the graphic novel Saga (2012), I talk about my dalliance with the first three episodes of Our Flag Means Death (2022) and my anticipation for HBO’s latest series, Winning Time (2022).
